Senate bill would waive student loans in bankruptcy.
Let us take the confusion out of your student loan consolidation process.
Over 17 years of experience in the student loan consolidation industry.
In early 1998 I started working for the first company that dealt with all different types of FFELP, (Federal Family Education Loan Program) lenders and servicers throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. I was a member of this great industry for over 10 years. Changes in congress forced all of these great companies to close their doors in early 2008. Our job was simply to contact students and parents who were currently in repayment of their federally guaranteed student loans and assist them with their student loan consolidation process. More than 79% of borrowers, both students and parents alike, were not aware of their federal right to consolidate their educational loans. More than half of students and parents do not know who their lenders are or who is servicing their loan. This process can be both lengthy and confusing. In many cases very frustrating. This is simply because most colleges and universities around the country expect you, the borrower, to understand your federal rights pertaining to these types of loans. These rights include deferment, forbearance and consolidation of such debt. I'm a college student myself and can easily understand some of the frustrations students and parents may have, especially once the student loans are actively in a "repayment status." This is where knowledge, experience and a lot of patience come into play.
My main goal is to simply make the student loan consolidation process bearable. Together we can determine the type of loans the borrower has acquired during their time in school. Who the lender/servicer is and what type of documentation is required in order to start the consolidation process. Are the loans eligible to be consolidated in the first place? What types of loans has the borrower received and what are the amounts? All of these and many other questions will be determined once you have made the smart decision to let us work for you. I am reliable, relentless, experienced, and most importantly you will receive my services at an affordable price.
