FILING ALL THE PAPERWORK:

In many cases the paperwork has to be filled out by the borrower. The question then becomes, "How do I know I am doing this right?" That is where we come in. We will assist you with the completion and filing of all the paperwork to ensure it is filled out properly for all programs you qualify for. Not everyone may qualify for the student loan consolidation program, but its better to know than to never find out.

HANDLING DEFAULT/GARNISHMENT:

One of the most important things you should know is that there are ways to have your loan placed back in what its called a "rehabilitated" status even after you have defaulted on your loan. If you are facing default or garnishment or are currently in default or garnishment on your student loans, we will help you prepare the documentation required of you so that you can communicate with your lenders to place you back in a position to become qualified for a U.S. Department of Education consolidation loan.
